Jade Beach Villas - East Building is a 5 story condominium community built in 1964. Our 45 units range from 1, 2 or 3 bedroom layouts from 803 to 1386 square feet of beautiful living space. Our building is situated directly on the white sand of the Atlantic Ocean. The community has a pool, shuffleboard, tiki hut, and BBQ area. All units have an ocean view and access to the beach. Jade Beach Villas - West Building, across the street from the East building, is an exclusive condominium community with 17 units, offering a sophisticated coastal living experience with direct beach access and amenities.
