This change requires a 75% vote of the Jade Beach Villas East Community. Each condo unit is allowed 1 vote.
Here are lighting options. If you are at Jade Beach, these samples can be found in front of Condo #203 and #204. The small light is 4 x 3/4th wide and the round is 4 x 12”. The ceiling light is 13” round. All three are LED and use less than 4 watts each. There are baffles on the small light that can reduce the spray of light. The others are fixed.
