https://ngm.cincwebaxis.com/jbva, click on the “Register” button in the top right corner, and fill out your property information in order to create an account with NGMA. Once registered, you will be able to log into the homeowner portal, where you can make payments online and access other features.

You may also complete the electronic form at www.ngmawelcome.com to update your contact information, tenant information, and any other details, if needed.

By submitting your email address to the Association and/or otherwise opting in to electronic communication, you affirm your consent to receive required notices, including Board meetings, annual meetings, and special assessment meetings, via electronic transmission in lieu of, or in addition to, mailed delivery. Owners who wish to revoke their consent, may update their preferences at any time by contacting the Association.
