Click the link above and then click the “Register” button in the top right corner, and fill out your property information in order to create an account with NGMA. Once registered, you will be able to log into the homeowner portal, where you can make payments online, view documents, submit ARC requests and access other features. <Get Started> NOTE: Your Association account number is your unit number. For example: If your address is 1750 S. Ocean Blvd #101E, LBTS, FL 33062, your account number would be 101E.
