Are you a Jade Beach homeowner just looking to report a visitor, friend, or family member to your condo? Is your tenant a returning authorized lessee? If so, just let us know!
Occasionally an owner at Jade Beach will open their condominium unit for rent. We encourage and seek longer term tenants but also allow stays as short as 30 days. We are NOT a high turnover airbnb style community. All guests are subject to verification, criminal background check and interview with a board member to qualify for temporary residence.
