Paint Committee Recommendation
These are the 3 color schemes discussed in our paint committee meeting. This link is a private link for the paint committee only and is NOT intended for community distribution.
RECOMMENDATION OPTION #1
1. Eider White SW as the primary exterior paint color of the building
2. Magnolia (SW Color Match) as the trim, balcony, and edging color of the building.
3. Added sign example which can be painted with lighting or professional lit sign. This allows our building to stand out.
4. Eider White as the interior lobby paint color
5. Consideration of railing color to be black (not white)
2. Magnolia (SW Color Match) as the trim, balcony, and edging color of the building.

4. Eider White as the interior lobby paint color
5. Consideration of railing color to be black (not white)
Reason: Using a lighter "off white" primary color for the building will reduce maintenance for future patching, reduce fading, and reflect sun rays to reduce energy costs. A green/blue color (Magnolia) for trim, balconies, and logos will boldly showcase our building while keeping our color philosophy consistent with our history.
Note that under balcony overhang could be Eider White.
