JBVA Proposed Documents 2025
The JBVA Board of Directors is working with homeowners and committees to simplify and organize our documents. It is our goal to provide clarity on our operations and make our documents consistent with our 1964 original Declaration. As stated in our original Declaration, we are one singular community of Jade Beach Villas Association. The two buildings, West and East, share common expenses, such as sewer, water, pools, parking lots, and landscaping. As well, there are limited common expenses. Each building may operate with individual budgets with oversight by the entire JBVA Board of Directors. The long term goal of the JBVA, Inc. is to amend our original Declaration to clarify it's intentions and operational decisions of modern day. We will always remain one singular Jade Beach Villas Association as there is no longer a Jade Beach Villas East, Inc. or Jade Beach Villas West, Inc.
