JBVA Proxy
Complete your proxy to ensure that JBVA, Inc. meetings can be legally held. Florida law limits proxies to 90 days so please download, print, and complete the attached proxy. We strongly encourage all owners to submit a proxy even if you plan to attend a meeting, as this guarantees your unit is counted toward quorum in case you are delayed or unable to join. If you do submit a proxy and later attend the meeting, your personal or virtual attendance automatically overrides the proxy, so you always keep full control of your vote. Submitting a proxy simply protects your representation and helps the Jade Beach Villas Association, Inc. conduct its business properly.
