Occasionally an owner will open their condominium unit for rent. We encourage and seek longer term tenants but sometimes allow stays as short as 30 days. We are NOT a high turnover airbnb style community. All guests are subject to verification, criminal background check, 700 credit score, and interview with a board member to qualify for temporary residence.
