Rules & Regulations

The owners at Jade Beach Villas are welcoming and friendly to everyone. The community succeeds because we abide by the common sense rules adopted by our self governing board.  Here are a few key elements of our rules;

• Each condominium is allowed 1 parking space.
• Overnight occupancy of condos are limited.  3 bedroom (6 people), 2 bedroom (4 people), & 1 bedroom (3 people).
• Please be respectful of other owners and guests and limit your noise, especially after 10:00pm
• Pool use is available between 8am-10pm.  Strictly enforced.
• No pets allowed at anytime with the exception of ESA/ADA approved paperwork.
• Smoking is prohibited in common areas within the building.  Use common sense on the grounds.
• Smoking is allowed on balconies but permission will be withheld by the board if it becomes a nuisance.
• Outdoor grills are available for use.  Please be considerate of your neighbors and clean the grill after each use.
• Tiki hut (East Building) is available between 9am-10pm daily. Please clean up after each use.
• All carts and dollies must use the service entrance on the north side of the East building.
• Although we insist on a flexible rental policy, please understand that we are NOT an airbnb style community.
• Breakdown and recycle your cardboard.  Try to reduce your rubbish footprint as much as possible.
• Loss of your keyfob for the East building will result in a $50 fee.
