Rental Information

Occasionally an owner will open their condominium unit for rent.  We encourage and seek longer term tenants be we also allow stays as short as 30 days.  We are not a high turnover airbnb style community. All guests are subject to verification, criminal background check and interview with a board member to qualify for temporary residence.  You will be required to follow the same common sense rules and regulations as our owners.

Sales Information

Jade Beach Villas East (45 units) and West (17 units) consist of two magical buildings. East is a 5 story building and West is a 3 story building. The condominium community was built in 1964. Our East building is situated directly on the white sand of the Atlantic Ocean with the West building directly across the street. The community has two pools, Tiki Hut, and BBQ areas. All units have an ocean view and/or access to the beach. Units are rarely available for sale on the open market.
