Final Color/Design Recommendations
1. SW Eider White (Primary Building Color) = SW7014
2. SW Rocky River (Trim/Accent/Balcony Edges/Logo) = SW6215
3. SW Colonnade Gray (Catwalk, Balcony Tops, & Stairs) = SW7641
4. SW Ceiling Bright White (Ceilings over Catwalks) = SW7007
5. The contractor will be applying a Sika Waterproof Primer for catawalks, balconies, and stairs. (Josteva will work with them for exact coloring)
The colors above have been voted on and approved by the residents (87% in favor)

Josteva Davis (Sherwin Williams) and Rudy Martin (GM Painting) are working together to help our process move forward with clear communication and a quality process. Here are the details:
- The primer color should be light gray to best compliment the upcoming off-white primary building color
- Loxon Hot Stucco Primer - Tint to P2 (Light Gray to cover up the "blue primer" mistake by GM.
- Latitude Flat Paint is recommended
- Self Cleaning Paint is recommended (Rudy to price the upgrade)
- Josteva has recommended SW Rocky River ("Magnolia") that is complimentary to the SW Eider White ("Off-White")
- SW Rocky River is also complimentary of the current lobby tile (Tiles and trim can change in the future)
- The interior walls of the stairwells and lobby walls will be painted SW Eider White
- Entire top edge of the building and balcony edges will be painted in the accent color SW Rocky River
- Catwalks, balcony, and staircase surfaces will be painted in SW Colonnade Gray with a special paint for flooring
- Logos will be actual signage (not painted on)

NOTE: Years in the future, when we change the "Green Lobby Tiles", we can then consider easily changing the "trim/accent" color of the entire building to work in coordination with that new color scheme.
