Jade Beach East Paint Project
1. SW Eider White (Primary Building Color) = SW7014*
2. SW Underseas (Trim/Accent/Balcony Edges/Logo) = SW6214*
3. SW Colonnade Gray (Catwalk, Balcony Tops, & Stairs) = SW7641
4. SW Ceiling Bright White (Ceilings over Catwalks) = SW7007
5. The contractor will be applying a Sika Waterproof Primer for catwalks, balconies, and stairs. (Sherwin Williams representative will work with them for exact coloring)
*The two main colors have been voted on and approved by the Jade Beach East homeowners (42-2) and unanimously accepted by the JBVA, Inc. Board of Directors on April 30, 2025.

The Sherwin Williams representative and Rudy Martin (GM Painting) will be working together to help our process move forward with clear communication and a quality process. Here are the details:
- The primer color should be light gray to best compliment the upcoming off-white primary building color
- Loxon Hot Stucco Primer - Tint to P2 (Light Gray to cover up the "blue primer" mistake by GM.
- Latitude Flat Paint is recommended
- Self Cleaning Paint is recommended (Rudy to price the upgrade)
- The interior walls of the stairwells and lobby walls will be painted SW Eider White
- Entire top edge of the building and balcony edges will be painted in the accent color SW Underseas (Including all the towers)
- Catwalks, balcony, and staircase surfaces will be painted in SW Colonnade Gray with a special paint for flooring
- Logos will be actual signage (not painted on)
