Josteva Davis met with Danielle & Fred Sr. (Tom notes) to discuss the painting project for Jade Beach East. Josteva Davis and the professionals at Sherwin Williams will work with our painting contractor, GM Painting, to ensure the correct colors, paint types (such as self cleaning), and ensure a smooth process.

Here is what was learned;
- The primer color should be light gray to best compliment the upcoming off-white primary building color
- Loxon Hot Stucco Primer - Tint to P2 (Light Gray)
- Josteva is going to recommend an exact trim/accent color that is complimentary to the off-white
- Josteva is going to present three options of color variation for the board and paint committee to review

Josteva Davis of Sherwin Williams met with Rudy Martin at GM Painting to discuss the project. They will be meeting for lunch during the week of December 2, 2024 to further implement the plan for primer and paint.
